The Calypso Tomato is often referred to as a “common salad tomato,” but it’s so much more. Calypso is so beautiful, Picasso painted its portrait. Calypso is so red, cardinals think they’re looking in a mirror. Calypso is so delicious, an Italian chef earned his first Michelin star using it in his signature pizza dish. So not true. But Calypso is tolerant of heat and humidity, which isn’t so common.
