Even the small batches of seeds are excellent quality

Q: What is the difference between Radish - Beauty, White and Turnip - Golden Globe. How do they taste? Do they taste similar to Japanese radish that is very sweet and easy to eat. Thank you!!!

A: my husband like turnips they taste like the stalk or stem of a cauliflower only tender when cooked just add butter. As far as radish they have a slight spicy bite to them and are not cooked like turnips but eaten fresh.

A: I grow the golden globe because it grows well here in Alaska. It stores well in the root cellar. We add it to our salads, our root concoctions, and my rabbits love it as treats during the winter months. Taste is mild.
