Cilantro is becoming a regular addition to all kinds of dishes and is found in everything from Mexican to Chinese food. A member of the carrot family, Cilantro grows quickly and its leaves can start to be harvested in a month.
Allow the flowers to go to seed and in 90 days harvest them for use as the spice Coriander. Two different culinary uses from one plant.
