If you're looking to fertilize your garden without having to buy expensive products, making your own compost tea might be the solution you've been looking for.

In short, compost tea is basically a liquid fertilizer that is made by taking small amounts of compost, and soaking it in water. Some even add other ingredients like kelp or molasses to help feed the live organisms but you certainly don't need to. Compost tea in it's simplest of form will still offer many benefits to your plants and soil.
